1. Introduction

Welcome to AnuraXpress Food ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the AnuraXpress Food mobile application and website (collectively, the "App"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms.

2. User Registration & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders placed via the App are subject to acceptance by the Restaurant.

All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment can be made via cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, or mobile payments (if available).

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation/refund is only allowed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Delivery

We strive to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery will be made to the address provided during the order process.

Incorrect delivery information may result in cancellation without a refund.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only.

You must not misuse, hack, or attempt to disrupt the App's functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring the safety of the delivery transaction upon receipt of the order.

6. Partner Restaurant Terms

Partner Restaurants are responsible for the quality, preparation, and packaging of the food.

AnuraXpress Food is a facilitator and not liable for issues related to food quality or hygiene.

Any complaints regarding food must be directed to the respective Restaurant.

7. Rider (Delivery Partner) Terms

Riders are responsible for delivering the correct order to the specified address.

Any damages, delays, or losses caused by Rider negligence will be handled as per internal company policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (logos, designs, text, graphics) is owned by or licensed to AnuraXpress Food.

Unauthorized use of content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

AnuraXpress Food shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App usage, food quality, or delivery issues.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Privacy Policy

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the App.

Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Anuradhapura.
